As a Junior Counselor, you will guide students and channel partners through educational opportunities abroad, offering crucial support from university selection to the visa process. This role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in international education counseling and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and channel partners on available international educational opportunities.
Could you provide accurate and timely information about admissions, scholarships, and visa processes?
Assist students in selecting the right university and program based on their academic background and career aspirations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, channel partners, and international universities.
Stay updated on industry trends through training sessions.
Meet and interact with international university delegates, gaining exposure to global academic networks.
Demonstrate strong sales acumen to convert inquiries into successful student applications.
Key Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Presentation: Highly presentable with a professional demeanor.
Freshers Welcome: Prior experience in counseling or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to meet enrollment targets through effective counseling and follow-up.
Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple queries efficiently.
