International Chat Support – Non-Voice

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time chat support to international customers, addressing inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues according to established guidelines, ensuring successful resolutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster strong relationships and enhance their overall experience.
  • Handle objections effectively and look for opportunities to ask for business, in alignment with company responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate a customer-first attitude and contribute to business success through high-quality service.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Work Mode: 100% work from the office.

Education: Graduate or undergraduate (Candidates currently pursuing degrees are not eligible).

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in International Chat Support is preferred.

Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Skills: Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively via chat.

Ability to manage multiple chat interactions and resolve issues calmly and professionally.

Work Environment: Willingness to work in night shifts, late-night shifts, and rotational shifts (24/7 support).

Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
