Job Summary:
PS Collaborations is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to efficiently manage the front office and provide administrative support to clients, students, and visitors. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Executive will handle all inquiries regarding our services, assist with administrative duties, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, students, and clients, offering a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage walk-in inquiries related to company services and offerings.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services, educational programs, admission procedures, and visa processes.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for counseling sessions with educational consultants.
  • Maintain and update records and databases with relevant information regarding clients and students.
  • Perform routine office duties, including mail distribution, filing, and monitoring office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist the consultancy team by following up with potential clients and enrolled students.
  • Handle general office tasks, including copying, scanning, and document printing.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company seminars, events, and information sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Front Desk Executive or similar customer-facing role, preferably in an educational or consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, customer-service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A basic understanding of education systems and visa processes will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM (subject to change as per company policy).
