Senior Student Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance on degree choices, career paths, and admission requirements.
2. Recommend universities based on student profiles.
3. Enter data timely into CRM portals.
4. Develop personalized global career strategies.
5. Ensure student success in chosen career paths.
6. Meet assigned sales/revenue targets.
7. Coordinate with the Admission Department for timely student admissions.
8. Attend university trainings and workshops.
9. Build strong relationships with prospective students through value-added services.
10. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and advising on overseas education and visas.
11. Organize in-house events for university delegate visits.
12. Present to students in boardroom settings.
    Requirements:
13. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry.
14. Knowledge of visa processes for countries like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.
15. Familiarity with study abroad processes, university admissions, and eligibility tests.
16. Strong interpersonal skills.
17. Fluent in English and the local language, both written and verbal.
