Position Overview:

PS Collaborations is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager with at least 10 years of experience in IT services and federal government contracting. The role involves managing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing IT and federal contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS) and company policies.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate contract risks, and provide risk management recommendations.
  • Work with internal departments and external stakeholders for effective contract management.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract performance and compliance.
  • Oversee contract performance and conduct periodic reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in contract management with IT services and federal contracting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPCM, CCMP) preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of federal procurement regulations.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and managing complex contracts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software.
